Why Black health and not ALL Health?

Black people have been disproportionately impacted by many health issues. The academy's focus will be to build a public health workforce that can respond to culture, unapologetically by implementing strategies, initiatives, and interventions that connect to the values and beliefs of our people. This is our way of contributing to what should be the overall goal of "building infrastructure for a healthier world. "
